昨晚在艺龙订的渭南市光明大酒店，半夜入住酒店，其的环境、设施、卫生总的还不错，就是开发票极难。入住时要求开发票总台说第二天早上走的时候再开，早上退房时又说在网上订的房不给发票，让我去找艺龙开。经过艺龙与酒店协商，起初还是说不给开发票，最后才答应给开，但是我支付的243元一晚的房费只给开230元，这叫什么事？
