  客房的设计采用原木地板确实鸡肋，稍有移动，必响声巨大。所幸入住当日楼上没有客人，否则必受其扰。建议还是应该铺设地毯。房间空间宽敞，功能和设施的配备也较为齐全。但是开关的设置不够智能，总开关关闭后，单个的开关便不能独立的运行了。 客房服务人员服务态度热情、真诚。与客人的沟通非常友善。 餐厅的功能性一般，零点区和宴会区缺少分割。采光和通风、取暖都不方便。菜品口味儿佳，分量足，出品速度快。服务人员非常的诚恳和质朴，对客人非常的友好。两顿晚餐分别与我们分享红酒与员工自制的小吃。餐厅经理大姐专业而且敬业，带给我们非常愉悦的用餐感受和节日氛围。 温泉的园林设计和功能布局专业合理。水质清洁，园区内的服务人员服务水准和态度极好，不管是在通道引导客人的小哥哥还是园内的服务人员态度都很积极、热情，尤其是一位名叫“高艳绒”的服务员令人感动。更衣室的服务人员与之形成巨大的反差，缺少服务意识，不懂得礼貌用语，甚至限制客人一人只能使用一条毛巾。前厅接待人员服务尚可。有一个亟待改进的地方是更衣室没有取暖，淋浴的热水温度过低。在仅开热水的情况下水温仍然让人感觉到冷

  特别特别特别喜欢这个地方的温泉！来了好多次！玩儿的特别好！！！样子多，服务也很好的，早餐一直不错的～ 晚餐的话，量很大的，对得起价格～就是味道。。不太知道今年怎么样啦～这两次去都没来得及在酒店吃饭～～

  酒店环境不错，有温泉，适合度假！餐饮一般，员工服务热情！夜间很好??！早餐是套餐，每人一份，还凑合吧！可能是春节刚过，人不是很多！很安静！
