服务态度极差，身为服务行业，本应该以服务为前提，不该把情绪和个人思想加入工作中，给客户带来不良印象，而且部分物品不按酒店收费标准收费。或许有歧义，也该谦虚解释清楚。综合评价，服务态度差。

酒店的位置基本上在城中心，卫生间少一点小，洗澡的时候基本上都不太好转身，不知道是不是隔音效果不太好，反正听见晚上有人在外边吵架
