一直订的同程，合作的也很好，但这次不知道为什么订的三个房间两晚的，到了酒店居然只有两个房间的订单，怎么也查不到，然后酒店先给我们住下。但到第二天下午催我们退房，真的是无语了，个人认为和酒店方面不搭嘎，还是同程里面没有接应好。 酒店的话可以说很好很好，帮我们免费升级了海景套房，第二天有小朋友发热，又是药又是体温计送的很及时，还有热心的菜粥，真的很贴心
