房间乾净衞生，服务很热情，前台接待特别热情，有问必答，向我们介绍当地的旅游景区和当地的小吃和特色，仃车也方便的很，地下二层都是仃车场，非常感谢。

超赞超赞超赞！房间很大，价格实惠，办理入住的小姐姐工号 023，真的是人美善，很认真负责，当天入住过生日还送的果盘，谘询的订蛋糕也很积极的帮忙解答，下次来文昌还一定选择维也纳！很赞！

酒店服务很好，衞生好，配套齐全，赞一下洗浴处贴心的晒衣杆，感谢前台005号非常热情周到，很多人当天是去看第二天凌晨6:40衞星发射，知道我喜静，房间给我们升了个级，下次去文昌还住这儿。
