房间空调噪音太大！前台服务极差，退房的时候居然没退我的押金，害我走到半路想起又返回去要。不会再去第二次！

整体不错，每次去文昌都住，就是前台妹纸太屌了，欠她几百万一样，是不是老板给的福利太少了，
客服阿姨什么的都很好！最主要是wifi很快..

关键是我在酒店时候订，花了我半小时。。。她们叽叽歪歪，这还不是重点，关键是走的时候还收了我171，说是什么网上没有确认。。。我已经在网上付了168了好不好，虽然后来我跟客服联系，拿回来钱了。但是，心情真的是被破坏完
