酒店一般，性价比不高，早餐差，9点去吃早餐，只有炒粉、水煮鸡蛋、包子，馒头，一些粉剂的饮料，吃了后拉肚子，别的没吃的了。小孩1.4米按成人收费48元，游泳池是外包去了，酒店客人免费，管理员服务意识低下，穿着酒店浴衣带孩子游泳，还必须拿房卡在泳池旁边像是一家大排档的工棚登记，晚上八点半去游泳，九点就说泳池下班了不让游（可能是因酒店客人免费的原因）。停车位倒还充足。硬件老旧，被褥潮湿，房间有异味。

算是文昌市区档次最高的酒店吧，位置好，设施不错，早餐一般般。然鹅，前台的服务跟不上，服务意识差强人意。先说入住，在艺龙缤客订了三间商务双床放和两间商务大床房，结果前台小妹说没有预定。问艺龙说由缤客解决，联系缤客说有预定。折腾了半天，结果是因为入住名用拼音书写导致前台小妹看不懂！天，维嘉前台接待就这素质？好不容易上了房间，却发现有一间大床房在角落里，估计只有20平方。气不过要求换房才解决问题。
说了那么多，退房也想吐槽一下……唉，算了，耗时间。总之，不开心~~~

文昌市中心最好的酒店了，虽然挂五星，但设施和服务都只能说过得去，早餐一般，服务员的态度和餐厅的饭都还行吧，停车方便，总之不能要求的太高，总体应该是还好吧，该有的都有，房间也不算小。
