寝具有股咸带鱼味，特别是枕头。才开业一个月，墙上鞋印都不擦。酒店位置很偏，对面是工地，荒郊野外的感觉。仓促试营业的结果就是大堂和电梯里很浓重的装修味道，客房白天相对好些，毕竟入住前开门通风着，入住后特别是一觉后，有不小的装修气味，肯定对身体有害。当了一次小白鼠。本想着体验一下首旅旗下的店，感觉很糟糕。装修完应至少通风半年以上，可惜这家店可能赶着春节开业，所以仓促试营业。以后坚决不住新开业的店了。

酒店设施和卫生都很好，早餐不错，还能吃到现炸的油条，餐厅厨师和服务员的服务非常好，值得点赞！美中不足的是周边交通不便，没有公交车，出租车也很少。只适合自驾。这当然不是洒店的问题，酒店旁边就是一个较大的居民小区，文昌市政府都不想着为老百姓开通一路公交车！

新酒店房间宽敞，设施很好。距离环球码头走路10多分钟。特别感谢汪经理和前台黄荣，燕紫两位美女客服的服务很专业周到。无论旅游还是商务出差，选这里没错的！

这个酒店很新，很漂亮，新装修的没什么味道，服务很好，房间很大，早餐也还是不错的，附近还有个沙滩，可以过去走走！

我们是晚上12点过到的，酒店接待小哥非常热情，酒店早餐非常不错！位置比较偏僻，可以听见鸡叫，不过房间干净、比较新！
