房间卫生太差了，到处都很脏，马桶尤其不干净。五百六十多一晚的房间都不如普通商务酒店的房间干净，对房间特别失望。服务也不好，房间有一次性拖鞋，压在最下面，我们没有找到，打电话问前台，前台居然说房间都不给一次性拖鞋，需要购买，于是我们买了三双，还不能和房费一起结算，把钱单独给服务生。太不正规了。住一次不想再去了。

酒店占地面积很大，远山近水环境优美，酒店大堂气派，整体布局不输高档度假酒店。房间面积较大，有室外阳台可以欣赏园内风景，但房间设施陈旧，墙面有多处脱落现象。

园区占地广阔，停车方便。主楼规模宏达，住宿区域在主楼区内，也是需要步行一段时间的。房间舒适，设施先进，因为温泉水矿物质丰富，淋浴器有一些腐蚀也输正常。早餐品种丰富，完全可以满足需要。
