地理位置很好，在市中心。出差碰上婚宴的大好日子。整个酒店爆满。人气很旺。
晚上送了水果和点心，品质都不错，不用特意去吃晚饭了。
手写了欢迎函，看得出很用心。
下次建议可以在网上下载几套手写字体，排版打印，然后签字。不然工作量实在太大。毕竟每个人的字，也有高低之分。

酒店最多就是如家的升级版，我们定了豪华房，但是前台居然用一个普通标间来糊弄。第二天的值班经理需要表扬，帮我补回了差价。
