  酒店前台电话用房间里电话根本打不通 形同虚设 安保设施垃圾 我白天在酒店里躺着 结果门外被一个老头用万能门卡打开了 看到屋里有人 关门又走了 我叫来服务员 服务员只是把老头撵出楼层 我要报警 酒店人员让我谅解一下 说这个老头走错房间了 搞笑吗？走错房间有万能门卡吗？酒店还说我没关门 我一个女孩子在酒店睡觉 我能不关门吗？这是白天 要是晚上进来个人 吓都吓死了

  房间环境优美卫生挺干净的，有停车位，酒店位置也挺便利的，服务态度也很好，早餐挺丰富的，设施也很俱全，

  酒店设施较好，床很舒服，卫生也不错。有停车场很方便，周围有很多餐馆，有超市，水果店，面包房，买东西很方便。酒店当初建设时应该是标准较高，设施虽陈旧但仍不失档次，早餐品种较少，但吃饱没问题，杂粮粥很好喝，负责煎鸡蛋和煮面的小哥态度很好。就是前台接待服务有待改善，全程无微笑，心不在焉，对客人的话似乎听不见。押金收500元，虽说还要退，貌似有点多了。
