1、我住在5楼KTV在3楼无法入睡，晚上12点KTV还在唱歌，打电话问总台，总台回答KTV到凌晨1点才停，熬到凌晨1:30KTV终于停了。住店的旅客无法得到好好休息。
2、第一次住酒店碰到空调出风口就对着床头吹风的设计，真实头大（有照片为证）。
