工作人员服务意识太弱，餐票丢了补餐票，标间还要收费，标间不是本来就两张么？还说标间也是一张，态度极为生硬，认为我们住宿会骗你们餐票么，哎，很不爽的感觉。环境还是不错的，点赞！就是服务意识不好，态度不佳，如有精神洁癖请勿入住！！！
