酒店房间面积超大，超级大，一室一厅很空旷。价格倒是亲民，这点特别赞。早餐一般，随便吃吃，能吃饱。浴室和卫生间较小，设施也一般。处于景区较远的雁荡小镇，吃饭方便，到景区叫车也方便，推荐，性价比很高！

早餐人很少，配了一人一大碗海鲜面，好大一碗，现在经营都不容易，能够理解，房间开关设计有些问题，电视机关机WIFI都没有了，也没有人提醒，请店家注意。灯光标识与用途不一致，有些灯光在床上无法控制，有些无语，设计师还行施工有问题

前台送了一个当地特产柚子，感觉棒棒的，房间宽大，还行，有个小问题这么大的酒店竟然没有行李车，来回走了五趟，两个人都有些郁闷
