  非常偶然的一次机会选择了这家酒店，但是没想到给了我意外的惊喜，我是凌晨到的酒店，美女小聂非常热情的帮我办理了入住，进入房间冰箱里竟然还有水果和小点心，暖心。早餐品种也非常丰富。期待下次入住。

  酒店地理位置非常好，就在温州南站对面环境好，周边吃饭要去小区旁边那条街了，交通坐公交还是S1都很方便。前台美女小马服务热情，态度很好，很亲切，必须给个赞！大堂明亮总的来说还是不错的，房间整体格局还不错，相比其他酒店装修风格来说偏中式，干净整洁，该有的都有！

  来温州出差。看了好多家酒店也对比了很多家酒店。发现这家酒店性价比最高。五百左右的价格还有早餐送。还有游泳池体验。健身房也有虽然不是很多但是足够。前台服务小姐姐很好。特别是聂美女。服务热情还很贴心。酒店前厅陈经理也很好。对我提出的要求都能尽量满足。一次非常好的入住体验。唯一有点欠缺的就是早餐了。服务人员热情度不够。希望酒店加强管理。

  酒店设施很新。前台服务超级好很热情、 我到前台的时候立即有服务员给我到了一杯果茶。温州天气本来就很炎热。到酒店能喝到一杯冰冰凉的果茶真的超级舒服。房间装修很新。里面还有免费赠送的小零食。跟我平时在外面住的别的星级酒店不一样。很好的体验。超级推荐！！！酒店的公区也很酷。很适合拍照。我自己一个人住没人帮我拍。不然会留下很多美照。嘻嘻。超级👍👍👍前台的美女服务真好。退房的时候还送了小礼品！

  总体还是会再次入住的酒店。但是要先说一下缺点：空调很多坏的，晚上热的睡不着，盖了两天被套很煎熬，要求解决，第一天敷衍，第二天换房依旧没解决，第三天连换两间房才勉强解决，和前台交涉也有客人反映空调不行热的睡不着。酒店把我们从前台推给工程部的师傅再推给楼管只解释敷衍不解决问题满口“冷风冷风”好像我们第一次吹空调一样。这不符合一个五星级酒店的最基本硬件要求和服务效率。最终在最后一个晚上给出了升级空调正常的房型+补偿一晚房费的解决方案。很心累。但是酒店也确实有优点，喜欢游泳的我们在这里可以有免费方便的泳池，人不多水也干净，更衣室也舒适干净，外卖可以由可爱的机器人送上楼，交通很便利门口就有一条街有很多好吃的店，2公里不到就是银泰，人行天桥走10分钟直达南站，隔音不错，空调ok可以睡得很好，下次来希望酒店引起重视解决空调问题，这还不到夏天呢，到夏天只有你们所谓的新风怎么活。越吹越热。附图：空调正确设置并且出风一点都不冷
