酒店很好，总体很满意。房间够大，采光不错，卫生也打扫的很整洁。工作人员态度不错，前台小芳很热情的办理入住，还有免费停车场。酒店的早餐也是极其丰富，种类很多自助咖啡，酸奶，还能现煮面条馄饨。还提供健身房。地理位置也好，离南虹广场和时代广场挺近的。以后还会入住。

特别好的酒店，停车方便，外面看起来普通，里面设施不错，房间很大，干净整洁，服务态度也很好，洗澡水超大，酒店的早餐也很丰盛，建议去雁荡山玩的可以安排住这里，路程不到一个小时，和雁荡山当地的民宿比起来这里的性价比很高.

房间还挺大的，就是桌子的摆放格局有点不合理，远离充电的地方…然后晚上房间Wi-Fi连不上，让人过来看一下，等了一个晚上都没有回应…估计是忘了。除此之外早餐和卫生什么都挺不错的。

酒店硬件设施还是可以的，房间内自动化设施齐全。就是服务稍稍欠缺了些，刚刚入住就发现有蟑螂，跟服务员投诉了，他们找来客房服务员清理后送了水果致歉。不过心里总有疙瘩。入住期间正逢五一假期，明天早上8点就开始敲敲打打的装修，有一天7点20分就开始敲，直接把我从梦中敲醒，电话前台让他们处理，装修还是持续到8.9点才停。酒店没有跟大楼的物业做好沟通，假日本不可以装修扰民，且就算有这个事情也应该提前告知我们。这个服务还是很需要改进的。

房间很舒服，早上可以看到太阳蒙蒙升起。前台小周服务很热情。酒店设施全部智能化，早餐很丰富，还有健身房风景真的不错。停车方便，周边小吃也特别多。
