订的房间不含早餐，但是周围随便走走都是早餐小店。酒店干净雅致，周围都是吃海鲜的饭店，停车马路对面也可停，傍晚没有人管，免费的。

干净整洁，连锁酒店中相当出色的了，前台有免费茶水，就是服务员脸色有点冷冰冰的比较酷。入住体验不错，房间没有异味这一点很好。周边有个类似文创园的地方，无料书铺就在里面，地理位置也很不错

出差来温州，看了一下四五星级酒店的装修好像都很老了～这家酒店是老酒店翻新的，房间里面设施还可以，算比较新～因为是老城区，所以附近环境一般，有早餐，很一般～

里温州南站有点远，路程大概半小时左右，打的60元。酒店装修如展示图。很新，很有设计感。时尚简约。房间也挺舒服的，装饰也不错。床也很软。很满意的一次选择。在国庆前200多一晚上觉得还可以。值得。
