雁荡山花园山庄装修时间比较久了，设施陈旧，部分地方墙纸脱落，听说不久之后要重新装修，到时再去住应该会比较舒服。

选择这家酒店也是巧合，由于定的时间都在下午五点左右了。之前看好的酒店都满了。不过最后达到的时候还是比较惊喜的。看规模和样式属于老牌的豪华型酒店，进去后无论前台还是服务员都比较热情。后面了解到，该酒店原本定于7月31日装修。后因为旺季延迟了两个月。所以今后再去的朋友我还是比较推荐的。当然了，还得看后面的价格。我这次是259元。综合而言，酒店地理位置绝佳，吃和前往景点都方便。仅仅是总体设施相对陈旧罢了。

酒店不是很新，房间里设备陈旧，比较简陋，虽然说房费包含早餐，但是真心没什么吃的，不过相对价格来说总体还能接受。周围吃饭比较方便有很多小饭店，距离景点很方便，如果宾馆硬件再好点会考虑再次入住。
