2013年3月18日出差到温州，晚21:30入住温州金鸿国际大酒店，预住到22日。
进房间（519#单人间）看到房间里有客房送餐服务，是内部电话，就给总台打电话订一份简餐。谁知送来后告知，这不包含在客房服务里，是其旁边饭店的外卖，而且不提供发票。温州金鸿国际大酒店只提供早餐。根本没有午餐和晚餐供应。简餐质量还不如路边的小摊，没办法，已经是22:00多了。认了！！
19日夜里约2:30，竟然有人刷卡开了我的房门，我惊醒问干嘛？！回答，打扫房间的。无语啊！！
20日晚22：:45从工厂回房间，发现房卡无法使用，到总台刷卡。重回房间，打开房门，里面竟然有人住在里面。
问总台，回答说“忘了让我留手机号码，白天打电话到房间，没有找到我，就把我的房间给别人入住了”。要给我换房间，半夜了，忍了！！
进到换到房间（409#）竟然是双人标准间。再问总台，告知只有这一间，没了。天呀，这是怎样的四星级宾馆呀？！！温州金鸿国际大酒店，你不是四星级，你是“死心”级呀！！

感觉有点山寨，价格偏高，枕头有头油汗臭味，装修中不中西不西不伦不类，房间吹风机也没有，，，太不值，再不要去
