给1分算多了，让我细细说来。1.单间携程170也不算便宜了吧，但是房间内牙刷，梳子都是收费的，洗手的也是收费的，第一次遇到。我因为出差两天，没有带这些物品，只有用他们的东西，三十元。2.住店的时候问了吧台，告诉我是24小时开门，结果我半夜回来的时候电梯打不开，我爬楼到了五楼，门也是锁了的，折腾了十多分钟，最后叫醒了值班人员，她竟然用手中的遥控器打开了电梯，奇葩。
