入住前问了靠马路会不会吵，前台很坚定的说12楼不会吵然后半夜不止马路上吵，两边的房间都开门放电视，因为没有Wi-Fi，大床房换到标间，后来还是没有Wi-Fi前台竟然说是有啊，但没说很稳定啊，凌晨两三点被吵得完全没发睡，没有Wi-Fi，前台说换房，值班阿姨不乐意了，大半夜的要什么Wi-Fi，不合作的态度，还不经我同意，进来就开窗，上厕所，完全无视客户的存在，考虑下客户花了三星级的钱就遭受这等待遇
