酒店房间清洁安静，服务细心周到，早餐十分丰盛，购物用餐方便，出行公交便利。若要到雁荡山、楠溪江一日游，可到酒店附近的雪山路口的温州平安国旅门店签订一日游合同；如要到江心屿风景区游览或到天一角食街品尝温州特色小吃，酒店附近就有公交直达。今后若到温州还选这家酒店。
