酒店位置虽然靠近火车站，但是周边没什么商业网点，吃饭也不方便，老酒店，设施有点陈旧，服务还可以，早餐非常一般，整体感觉很一般，不推荐

位置好，服务好，房间可以，早餐也可以，房型也可以.位置很好找，房间很大，周边吃的不少，值得入住，还有酒店的自助餐价格便宜。不错，性价比很高。 而且很安静。房间外观是现代质感的建筑，简洁典雅，造型刚中有柔，尽显温州地域建筑风情。房间内厅和卧室都是正南向的。宽敞的阳台，将蓝天和阳光融合在一起，白天可感受阳光的明媚，晚上可享受满天星光的浪漫。让你体会到奢华风光，让你流连忘返。

酒店离火车站很近，打车也比较方便，不过吃饭的话要走蛮远，大概要500米以上。酒店服务态度蛮好的，有一点不满意的就是居然没有提供充电器！！！想在酒店买也买不到！！！忘记带充电器出门的人很忧伤，最后还是走了一段路去便利店买回来一根数据线。

说实话这是在温州住过最差的一次，258的价格，其实不贵，但是考虑到房间很烂，早餐很差（牛奶是牛奶吗？），这个价位就不算便宜了
