预订价格248，实际成交价288，不知道多这40是什么。我住的是2312房间，里面有小虫子，窗户外有个停车场，到晚上的时候不知道在清理什么东西，有货车很吵。其他还可以！

本来想要一家在温州市商购中心的酒店。哪知这里位于温州边缘。本店带有KTV，我提出不要吵的。给我免费升级到7楼的复式房。内有楼梯，本色原木装修，下有麻将桌。很特色的酒店。早餐没吃呢，也不知好不好。晚上主动送了一个果盘给我。正常此房298.
意外惊喜吧。

非常好的一家三星级酒店，酒店是刚装修的离五马街很近，特别是酒店的房间装修的特别好，还有总台的MM服务特别好更让我惊讶的是酒店送的水果是一大盘我们一家三人都很满意。下次来温首选这家酒店
