这次是我第二次入住该酒店了，它还是如此的好！但是这次床单上有污渍，我马上打电话给总台，让他们过来看一下，等到退房时候，不要说是我弄脏的，不早说，迟了，说都说不清了。

艺龙给我留下极坏的印象，多天前预定的房间，而且是预付款不可退的，结账时发现比门市价高20%。告知艺龙客服，表示就是这样的，拒绝接受我的投诉！愤怒！
