在同程艺龙上定的房间,因为考试要早起来所以特意提早上来，结果定的房间一直有咕咕的声音，我和同事一直躺了俩个小时听咕咕的声音听了俩个小时。找前台过来说了一句没办法就走了，真的受不了了选择换了个差点的房间。第二天早上退房时告诉我差价不能退，明明说过可以退的，而且态度很不好，说本来换房要打扫费但就不收了。什么情况是我要换的吗，是噪音太大没办法才换的，是自己酒店原因不反思还一直推卸责任，角落卫生也不好，被子漏了一截出来好脏啊，突然有点恶心。不过个别工作人员很热情。
