环境我很喜欢。听特别的，就是有一点吗个被单被套枕头套该换一下了，上面都起毛球了，睡起来感觉不干净，还有退房时间应该要在14点以前，现在基本上都是这样了，12点太早了，来不及准备哦，其他都很满意！

我在温州经常住的酒店，其实，我很熟了，本来有就是会员和熟客一般可以在下午一点退房，但是，通过艺龙定以后，却让我12点退房，相当的郁闷，不过，艺龙客服人员也很好，帮我延迟到一点，其实，这也没有什么关系，主要也巧，那天起床迟了，12点才起来，总不可能一起床就退房啊。这样让人不爽，二，停车问题相当不方便，一个酒店，如果停车场都没有，那不是很郁闷，原本地下室是属于大厦的停车场，大概和酒店也有合作，但是，毕竟不是酒店自己的停车场，所以，照成了停车不便，酒店还是一层不变，希望酒店有所改进。其他的都还不错。值得推荐！

我们住的豪华商务标间，竟然连网线都是不能用的，而且交涉了几次，就是推脱说没有网管，解决不了。

因为晚到的缘故，原来预定的宾馆取消了，客服小姐热情的推荐了这家，说是三星级标准的，目前好评率是100%的，于是就答应了。
找到了楼下，就不想上去了，位于一个路口，没有正门的，只能从后面大楼的楼口进去，似乎是很不正规的感觉，上了9楼前台，入住了所谓的豪华标间，房间在11楼，于是上去，楼层都是开放式的，很没有安全感。
房间设施一般，地上躺着一张特殊服务的小卡片，真恶心。靠窗，很吵，电视很小，洗澡水没有水压的，很不爽，只能使用淋浴蓬头手动，床很硬，晚上走廊上的关门声。
总之，不推荐，下次也不会来了。
