挺干净的，很舒适，挺不错的，离办事的地方很近，方便，周围的美食也不错。

每次来温州，基本上都住这个地方。这位置比较好（当然是我个人认为，因为我办事就在附近）；
设施还算行吧，只是商务间多了个台式电脑觉得不算物有所值，因为房间大小一样、其它设施也一样，而价格却高出不少，对我这个出门自带电脑的人，这个商务间觉得不值。
服务也还算行吧，算不上好，给个中评吧（大堂那个服务生………算了，不说了，免得我多嘴再扣了人家薪水了，口下留情吧）。
卫生也算满意吧，没有太多的评论。
总之，感觉这个酒店还算行，值得推荐！
