房间设施齐全，使用方便，说是去年装修，还比较新，干净卫生。房间也较大，两人入住舒服，阳光充足，早餐也还可以，前台服务很好、热情。位置在响岭头村与灵岩景区中间，门口就是公交车站。缺点就是吃饭只有隔壁一家餐厅，不过坐车去村里吃饭车费也就1.5，10分钟就到。是非常好的民俗酒店。

带女儿来玩的，庭院房很不错，有个小园子，还有司机接送，游玩，酒店隔壁的农家菜做的不错，开出去还有一家司机介绍的叫厚道人家，也做的很好吃，新鲜！酒店服务很好，早餐品种少了点，我没吃多少，环境不错的，空气也好，出去周边游玩方便

大多数体验在三人间的点评写了。二人间说些细节。第一，开门那个地毯，正好挡着开门，开关门需用力。第二，没有衣柜，只有一个贴着墙在空调正下方的衣架，这叫我怎么吹换洗衣服。淋浴间内没有放毛巾的地方。这些细节希望改进。没有较重的湿气。布置还是比较温馨的。有两个一人座小沙发。总的来说，环境可以，值得好评，但细节处希望改进。

优点:有早饭，而且还不错，位置离各景点也比较近。房间整体环境不错，对于民宿来说已经相当不错了。
缺点:旁边饭店很难吃，但又找不到好吃的饭店。停车位较少，如果车多怕没地方停。

酒店离景点很近，周边环境很好空气不错，服务也不错，当季的石斛花做的药膳很好吃，房间里的卫生间还不够大，总体还是不错的。
