地理位置相当好，属于商业圈,可见温州世贸大厦。离附二和眼视光医院都近。价格还适中，只是设施比较旧，特别是电脑，基本都是摆设。电视是网络电视，可惜没有体育频道和中英文8。离马路近，隔音效果不好。服务还过得去，只是送早餐券发生一次乌龙。早餐尚可。全楼都是马桶，没有坑蹲，有点不方便。
