性价比还可以，因为状元楼餐饮比较繁忙，到客房的电梯和餐饮电梯公用，导致用餐时间会房间都无法坐电梯，电梯挤爆了。

房间很大，比较宽敞，价格也不贵，挺好的，过年时候入住的，唯一不好的就是没有吃饭早饭，不过酒店准备了面包和牛奶！不错，挺好的

路过瑞安，离高速很近所以选了这家。
还算不错，这个酒店其实以餐饮业为主。过年期间早餐只有前台领取牛奶和面包，不过这个在订房时已经通知了，并取得房客的同意才入住。
酒店大堂比较气派，房间内墙纸有破损，其它还行。

很差，三楼无无线，噪音大，房间小，没有早餐，只提供酸奶面包，房卡也不提供，领着行李在门口等服务员开，乱七八糟，一塌糊涂
