店家还是挺热情的，只是房间住的一楼有些潮气，家里地板床等都是木质的所以难免会有霉味，泡汤池子有三个开了两个，孩子玩的很开心，热水方便，床铺也是干净的。

住的小木屋，很温馨，环境也不错。可是室外温泉不开，我本次出行主要为了泡温泉，有些失望。而且如果温泉不开的话，380的房价就太高了

酒店有停车场 服务人员很热情 还帮忙联系旅行司机 房间淋浴间地漏是堵的 洗澡是淌水洗的 房间卫生还不错 就是五大连池的“花大姐” 一种瓢虫太多了 窗户窗台上都是 早上起来 都是昆虫**

酒店外观较好，房间偏小，卫生间干湿不分，尤其是下水道返出的臭味实在太大，不适合居住。酒店服务员太度很好。

五大连池风景区很不错的旅游度假酒店，免费温泉，绿色植物和植物很多，环境优美，还有独体小木屋和别墅，内设棋牌娱乐，早餐单独收费，总体来看是不错的！
