提前两天预定豪华单间，天黑到店告知没有单间，可以更换标间，不同意更换，此前台服务员愣是拖延一个半小时还不给办入住，携程协调后酒店调整一个单间，进入单间门锁是坏的，里外都无反法锁上，找前台反馈问题，告知没房间可以不住这个酒店，试问在山上天黑了，下不了山，只能住这家酒店，一夜未眠，说好的早餐也是没有，此家酒店是我八年外出旅行最差的一家。

这个位置在琼台索道购票的后面，住的很安静，就是房间门是坏的，服务态度很好，设备有点落后。有待改善。

首先要确认好路线，游武当有两条路线，一条是南岩，一条是琼台，此酒店位于琼台，琼台路线上山步行道路途中没有任何景点，旁边有缆车上山的路线十分方便；如果不是冲着坐缆车去，更推荐南岩路线，所以定南岩路线上的酒店个更合适。然后我们定的景观房没有空调，说师傅正在修空调，修到我们退房都没有修好，笑死了。然后卫生一般，大厅有霉味，房间里没有，淋浴的垫子很脏，景色没啥景色，房间的木质桌椅还可以，地板还可以，没有wifi就很无语了…
