前台一个服务员绝对有问题，就我一个办退房的，刚把房卡和押金条给她，转身就说没收到房卡。还说查算房卡总数没有多余的卡，死活就是我没给她。要求看监控，又说线路坏了维修看不了！主管人挺好，过来没说直接调了监控，很近距离看到服务员收了卡放到了键盘下面……！又 不忙又说总卡没多出的，又不让看监控，我真的理解不了了……
就酒店来说位置优越，设施条件都很完善干净！
