PSA for English travelers! Despite the overly long name, the hotel is referred to as Manxin Hotel. The building the hotel is in has multiple hotels, and the elevators in the lobby only go to the specific hotel. There is NO English labeling, so remember the characters 漫心. The 28th-31st floor belong to this hotel. Ask around if confused.
Otherwise hotel was very good. Furniture is modern, and the service was great. Location is excellent, next to the 2 line and in an active shopping area.

The hotel is very near to metro, very clean, all facilities are so new, no noise, no smoking smell at all, breakfast is very delicious and have great variety. Overall, really pleasant stay and definitely gonna stay again next time.

The hotel is located in a very exciting place, lots of people, food, shopping, and a metro station in the basement.
The hotel lobby was welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel also had a fragrant smell that could be expected only at higher tiered hotels.
The room was very clean, the cleaning staff showed concern by leaving a note and extra water bottles because she expected the weather to be warmer.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and had enough choices, so you can eat something different if you stayed a few nights.
There's a laundry area equipped with 4 sets of washers and dryers, a steam iron, and usual iron and ironing board.
Overall, this hotel was beyond our expectations, and we're happy to stay here and won't hesitate to stay here again when we're back in Wuhan.

Very good location at center of Jianghan Road Pedestrian. Service level was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable to sleep. Highly recommended.

Location is great (going down hotel is Jianghan road pedestrian street with many different foods until late nights and Subway is 2 minutes walk. Going out hotel turn left then at T junction you can see the gate to go to subway on the other side of the road.
Service is also great and they are all young but very polite and friendly (+5 stars service) although no one can speak English well but they tried to answer me everything by using translation.
I especially thank to Lee Yi (李易) who helped to make my plan completely in Wuhan. (Without him, I couldn’t experience the driverless Taxi that I planed too long for this trip) ??
I recommend it to everyone ??.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights during my first-ever trip to Wuhan, and I was very positively surprised about this hotel.
Location: The hotel is located on Jianghan Road, which is one of the most popular spots for shopping and eating. A metro station is located just downstairs, with easy access to most of the other areas of the city. The hotel is located on the 28th-31th floor with a spectacular view over the city and a great vibe to just hang out in the lobby and relax. Got to the 28th floor to check-in.
Cleanliness: All areas of the hotel had a very high cleaning standard, the room, the lobby, hallways, and public spaces in the hotel were spotless.
Service: Excellent service with very professional staff at the front desk.
Facilities: The rooms have everything you need for a great stay, the hotel also serves breakfast but I opted out for this option so I did not try it this time.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay, and I would stay here again if I come to Wuhan. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Wuhan.
