1，该酒店很不讲信誉为了利益不顾旅客在艺龙网上提前12天预订的双人标准间房间说没有房间，而且前台一女服务员态度极差很难沟通；她协调不了的事还不积极向她的领导反映也不给旅客方便。我订的标准间非说没有只有商务套间，就是不讲信用以后谁还能相信你家（武汉皇庭商务宾馆（余家头店）}；服务员还说艺龙网不能相信，我提供的订单号她看都不看，要付商务套间的费用就给入住，我当时致电艺龙客服，艺龙客服也反复和他们联系沟通都不行，没办法艺龙客服答应回来补差价，才使问题解决。可恶的武汉皇庭商务宾馆（余家头店）
