晚上洗完衣服给前台打电话要几个衣架，居然说晚上服务员都下班回家了，这大个酒店就一个前台在值班。走不开，不给提供衣架了，无语。好说歹说，几乎是求了，才答应让客人自己到前台押个身份证，拿个房卡去别的房间拿衣架。这服务，唉
