首先，前台态度挺好的，但是我不太明白为什么既然已经使用闪住了，到店还要支付押金，难道酒店加入闪住之前没有看清条款吗，你说有收费物品可以理解，但是麻烦把闪住取消掉，毕竟是信用住，几十块钱的东西我还能跑了不成。用闪住就是图个方便，而且退押金还极其麻烦，去了很多地方，第一次遇到交押金退押金都要到第三方平台的？总之入住体验很差。但是房间的卫生环境还有隔音效果还是比较不错的。
