第一，洗澡的水温我怎么调试都无法把温度调低，水温太烫，只有把水调的特别小才能勉强洗，很不人性化。br第二，早上8点多，竟然有人拿着房卡开了我的门，我的房卡在上面插着，竟然可以这样？这不管是失误还是怎样，这是一个酒店应该做的服务？？这种会影响整个酒店的口碑，而且还没有任何补救措施。

同程定的，告知只有一楼，进门气味非常大，潮湿的味道，空调吹一会好了不少，第二条起来头痛。装修和物品摆设卫生都不错，服务态度也可以吧，就是开房的时候那个只有一楼，好像很看不起我这样上同程讨优惠的人。不会再去了，觉得还是城市便捷好点，只是没这里感觉好。
