1、周边晚上彻夜施工，噪音很大，吵的睡不着；
2、卫生间淋雨喷头很差，上面还黄黄的，出水也挺小，热水来得很慢，而且管道外漏，还有插电板，看着挺危险的；
3、房间空调对着床吹，很难受；
4、装修风格很陈旧，没有新酒店的感觉

被骗了202元押金没退！房价298，付款时要求付500说含押金，退房时不肯退押金，说刷的卡系统会自动退回卡上，4个月过去了也没收到退款，打电话问说是这种很慢，问银行他们也不知道。因为是外地的，为几百块钱找他也麻烦，就算了吧。
