My stay was fantastic from start to finish. The reception were very helpful and kind (they didn’t understand English but were very patient and understanding when helping me). The location is very convenient as you are right next to a big shopping mall and a lot of food options. The room is beautiful and very clean, and they were nice enough to upgrade me for free! Everything was very comfortable and modern, I’ll definitely be back in the future! Thank you ??

非常满意，非常舒适，前台小帅哥帮忙解决问题，还发了旅游攻略，态度超级好，非常不错，地理位置优越，离地铁站很近，旁边就是万象城。就在台北路这边，玩的，吃的都有，早餐也很不错，非常种类多，很好吃,下次来还会选择这里！出差旅游都非常不错，非常推荐哦！！还有门口的礼宾哥哥给了很热情！帮忙拿行李，还有出行建议！！！点赞????！

真心推荐桔子水晶酒店！整体装修简约又有质感，没有过度花哨的设计，却处处透着精致，拍照出片又不刻意。房间隔音效果很好，完全听不到外界噪音，办公、休息都很安静。迷你吧有免费饮品，洗漱用品味道清新，使用感舒适，服务全程无打扰，给人很放松的居住体验。

这次入住体验真的太棒了！从踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到工作人员热情又专业的服务。前台办理入住手续非常迅速，工作人员还贴心询问了我的需求，给我安排了合适的房间，酒店的餐饮也超出了我的预期。早餐种类丰富多样，有各种中西式的美食，味道都很不错。我尤其喜欢他们现做的麪条，汤头浓郁，麪条劲道，餐厅的环境也很优雅，服务员会及时清理桌面，让人用餐很舒心。酒店的地理位置也十分优越，周边交通便利，距离地铁站和公交站都很近，出行特别方便。
这次入住这家酒店，无论是服务、房间、餐饮还是地理位置和休闲设施，都让我非常满意！

Impeccable service from doorman to front desk. The front door man Li Bin was super nice and friendly. Helped us with the luggage and open the doors for us every time we headed out. Even though the day we checked out, he see us to our private car hire and loaded our luggage in the sweltering heat. I would have stayed in the hotel more often just because of such diligent staff. This is not an easy sight in Wuhan. Location was great, just across the Wuhan MixC

房间很满意，很干净，设施配备也很全，服务特别周到，前台小姐姐全程微笑还帮我指引，因为离开要去别的城市有雨，还送了我2把小雨伞，还有伴手礼，还有门口的礼宾，每次回来出去都特别，真是有家的感觉，特别好

新的酒店，环境很好，。酒店离雪松路美食街还算挺近，打车七八分钟吧。。去吃小龙虾很方便。。早餐还可以哦。有个没下来的还能帮忙打包。酒店有机器人送外卖。第二天离店时候，大堂大叔帮忙提了行李箱，并帮我放在后备箱里，服务非常到位。给大叔加鸡腿！
