前台Vicky很贴心把行李送到房间，并且安排了高楼层的江景好的房间入住，体验感不错。寻问附近美食时，Vicky还细心的发来了具体地址与讯息。酒店地址具有一定优势，外卖非常好点，距离汉江街、山海关小吃街都很近。主要是足够安静和乾净。前台小姐姐後来走的时候，还送了妈妈一个“蒜鸟”，妈妈也非常开心。

设施：非常差，首先空调是坏的，换了两次房间空调都是坏的。大冬天一开暖风就报错，前台还回复説整个楼层都开的是冷风！？？
设施：洗手间门是坏的，维修队来修了半小时也没修好，最後又不得不收拾行李整理换房间。本身就被冻感冒了，还要换房间
衞生：打扫根本不达标准，床上还有头发，不知道再打扫些啥
服务：经理处理客诉方案太不专业了，整整两小时没有拿出让用户满意的方案

前台Vicky有帮忙安排景色好的房间进行入住 ，很贴心的把行李送到电梯口，介绍酒店的基础设施。房间内也赠送minibar饮品可以饮用。在住期间也积极跟进房间衞生打扫，也推送了酒店附近美食的攻略来参考。

设备很新的喜来登，用品都不错，地理位置也是非常方便，去山海关路过早，或者去江边都不远。江景房朝着东，可以看到朝霞日出，很美丽。前台Vicky是个非常热情的小姐姐，很详细地给我介绍了周围的好吃的、好玩的，有任何需求她也是特别迅速地回应！大大滴赞????

酒店很赞的，一直喜欢喜来登旗下的酒店系列，办理入住已经很晚了，前台小姐姐还是很热情的招待了我们，酒店总体比较新，设施齐全，早餐也很丰盛，带孩子秋假旅游孩子也很喜欢

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in ***** Hankou and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze.
My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. While it offered a good selection of options, I felt that adding a bit more variety would elevate the experience even further. Nonetheless, I enjoyed starting my day with a hearty meal.

第一次来体验这个新开的喜来登酒店非常好，房间很大装修风格很好，房间内设施齐全舒适度高，很安静很乾净，江景很开阔视野很好，酒店地理位置很好出行方便，附近武汉天地逛街近吃饭的地方很多，唯一美中不足的就是被子太厚啦还好喊工作人员帮开冷空调，希望能像亚朵那样薄的被子厚的被子两床季节替换

房间非常的宽敞且非常的舒服，窗外的景色也特别好
床意想不到的舒适，早餐也很丰盛，一觉醒来在餐厅遇到温柔美丽的cici美女姐姐让我这一天心情都变得更好了。前台的Alisa服务也很周到
