晚上在附近百米内吃饭，下好大雨，爸爸不能淋雨，我先跑回去，跟前台借雨伞，只有一个前台，前台态度不好说没有，房间也没有，说没法想办法，都没有是老板的规定，很心伤，也觉得这酒店性价比不高，后来在接爸爸途中遇到旁边楼道一善良保安，言明缘由，保安不要我要求的20元押金，直接说小事拿去吧，递给我，接回爸爸又送伞去，并给善良的保安带了俩橘子，很客气的谢过，说这个大家就明白服务多重要，谁能没难处，这小的事如果做到多暖人心啊，下次能不入住吗？！！！？！！

这里近三十度的高温，开了很久的空调没效果，期间反复找前台，开始忽悠说是没设置对，最后又找了前台三四次，最后酒店才说中央空调没有开的。近三十度的高温没给开空调？？？第一次遇到这么节约的酒店，四百多的房费也不算便宜的了，没开空调？外面出租车、商店都开着空调，逛累了回宾馆说休息一下，结果热到根本睡不着。房间是宽敞，但是服务跟不上有什么用？如果有不怕热的朋友，可以去体验一下。

绝对差评，武汉这热的天气，竟然不开中央空调，房间空调打开只有吹风模式，一晚上被热醒无数次，跟前台反应毫无结果，态度不好👎！

房间还可以，和一般的四五星级酒店比总感觉差点什么，前台接待员态度一般，换江景房都多花110，感觉不值那个价格～～～～～～
