前台态度非常差！因为是学校的酒店吗？牛的不要不要的！早上九点到，有空房，不让住，必须下午两点入住，要住就得多交半天房费！还告诉你所有酒店都这样的！难道我们没有住过酒店吗？不久前也来住过，8点多，让住了，这次就不让，也不承认上次8点让我住了。最后非常搞笑，让我几点住进去，第二天几点退房，不然就多收半天房费。这完全是前台服务员擅自乱收费吧，我会向有关部门投诉。
