前台小姐姐服务热情，酒店价格挺实惠的，而且离武汉火车站和地铁站都很近，挺方便的，酒店里面干净卫生，下次来武汉还会订城市快捷酒店

那天下着雨，找了半天酒店，结果就随便在网上订了一家，城市快捷酒店，到了门口，前台小姐姐看着我拿着好多东西，还推着一个行李箱，就很热情的帮我把行李箱拿进酒店，服务态度挺好的，酒店虽然房间有点小，但是很温馨很舒适，价格也实惠，离武汉站和地铁站都挺方便，步行四五分钟就到了火车站

订房之前查看点评毁誉参半，有点忐忑。出火车站走几分钟就到，距离很近。前台美女给我升级到天窗房，订房前不确定天窗是什么样没敢订，实际发现天窗上面还有个透明顶棚，采光很好，特意拍了照片供参考。卫生间及室内很干净，热水水压也不错，桌子也齐备，美中不足就是隔音差些，隐隐听到隔壁打呼噜的声音。总体感觉性价比很高，值得推荐。

超级差，提前预订不留房间，到店后带带去别的宾馆，并且服务态度极差，严重损坏了我的休息，本人及本人家人对城市快捷的服务表示极度不满。带去的宾馆叫睡个好觉，里面装修中，味道特别大，很难受，住一晚喉咙痛。
