酒店所在的位置是在电力勘察院里，出入都有保安值守，周边环境清幽，交通也方便，出门就有公交车站。平时酒店有早餐供应，但节假日这项福利也被取消，
好在酒店出门马路对面就有很多早餐店。定的时候标房已满只能选电脑房，但现在有手机，电脑形同虚设。

交通特方便，停车位多，最重要的是在中南电力设计院内，很安全。缺点就是设施确实太老了。
