酒店刚开业，看的出房间的各个设施设备都很新，硬件方面让人很满意。前台工作人员也很热情，服务很好，早餐也很不错，种类齐全，性价比很高酒店距离光谷科技会展中心步行即可到达，出酒店大门左转就是光谷之星商业街，里面电影院、各种餐饮、超市便利店都有，能满足基本需求。房间内的设施设备很完善，配备的还有一个小厨房，房间面积也比较大，总体来说很满意，下次还会回来。

先说说4月1号晚上11点多刚入住时，前台办入住的小哥挺不错的 态度很好 人也热情..入住时给我们提供了水果。虽然水果的时间可能有些久了。但是很有心。安排房间的位子也不错，很安静。但是，入住的那天晚上，床单上也不知道是不是灰，有一粒粒的黑色小颗粒，2号早上向这个前台小哥反应来之后问题得到了解决 。2号晚上11点多我回酒店的时候 向另一个前台小哥要一次性杯子时 这个小哥态度就不是很好，一脸不耐烦。还质问我们是不是住这里的。给人一种瞧不人似的感觉。（我也是挺无语的。我不住着个酒店 我来你酒店干嘛？难道找你聊天谈业务？）回房间后发现茶水台上水一瓶没动另一瓶被开了 不知道是不是被喝了还是被倒了一些，然后我下楼到前台要两瓶新的水。又是这个活宝，一脸不屑的看着。问我那个房间？ 我住在你们酒店 我管我那个房间。难道我住标间就没资格拿吗？对这个前台小哥一个大差评。给我办入住的小哥好评…
