经常出差住过很多酒店，武汉也住过很多，这个酒店印象很差。 1、一个5星级的酒店竟然没有WIFI， 2、空调很冷，无法调高温度。 3、周围吃饭的地方较少，步行到家乐福或者汉街均要20分钟。 4、我预定了2天，第一天含船票698，第二天不含船票668，退房的时候给我算的都是698，我告诉他们我分别预定的，他们竟然查不到订单，结果我拿出自己的电脑打开携程给他们看的订单号！一个五星级的酒店管理竟然如此混乱，难以置信！ 不会再住了。

房间比较老了，老五星酒店，早餐不错，服务也好。卫生不错，游泳池很好，水温低了点，女儿玩的很开心。停车位置一般，离2号和4号线都不是太远，推荐。
