由于事情耽误了，没有来的及12点之前把东西收拾好，和前台说明了情况后，免费协调到一点退房。因为洗完澡发现来了姨妈又不方便买，想着让酒店来个应急的，没有想到，前台拿来了一包ABC夜用，因为眼睛近视没有看清是哪个美女拿上来自己的给我用，希望酒店看到后可以表扬??

帮父母预定的酒店。酒店卫生很好。这次订得时间有点晚所以高层的景观房没有了还是比较遗憾的。
前台和客房的服务也很好，但是不满意的一点是，预定是含早餐的，但第二天到前台拿早餐券时却说不能拿，前前后后父母跑了3次最后出示订单才拿到早餐券，影响了一部分的入住体验。
