前台主动热情，大堂很亮堂，干净整洁的，酒店停车也很方便，酒店有免费电子券，直接输车牌就可以了，蛮方便的，附近有光谷广场，购物，吃饭都很方便，房间洗澡水压很大，早餐目前是打包式的品种丰富好吃，每天有小机器人送到房间，无接触服务感觉很放心安全，首选酒店，推荐，满意！

服务很好，房间很干净，卫生也很好，早餐很好吃，酒店附近也有很多吃的，特别适合出差找不到路的人，阿姨也很热心提醒多喝水，还有纸条，很温馨，还有商务区，办公也很好，点外卖还有个机器人，特别方便，出差都住全季。

因为考试，第一次去武汉。23点才到酒店附近，下雨天到处很难打车。去到酒店已经好累。雨中看着全季招牌，瞬间觉得暖心。高铁转两条地铁站。本来去到光谷广场。但由于周边都修路只能返回杨家湾地铁站出去，出了地铁站不远处是brt，但第一次来天又黑找不到路只能打车。拖着疲惫身体到达酒店，更加暖心的是前台小哥哥小姐姐很nice，耐心解答我每一个问题。大门还有雨具免费使用。由于其他原因，小哥哥免费帮我升级房间。一个人住那么大好舒服。酒店干净整洁，在路边关起窗户也安静。唯一觉得不好得是招牌能见度不高，被前面建筑物挡着，其实路边能有个小招牌指示一下会更好
